MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — For those of you who love winter, I bring you the cold. The snow will have to wait.

We are now 4.3″ below average for the month and over 15” below average for the season. Check this out…we’ve had 10.3″ this season compared to 48” to date last season. That is quite a drop off.

Our highs will be below average the next few days and feel even cooler because of that nasty wind 10-20 mph from the northwest. It will settle down Friday, and by the weekend we warm back into the 20s.

We could see a little snow (under one inch) on Saturday as a clipper system races by early in the day.

Is there any day late January, early Febuary that we could get 6+ inches of snow?
