St. Cloud St. Beats Colorado College 5-4 in OT

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) — Jordy Christian's goal at 2:30 of overtime lifted St. Cloud State over Colorado College 5-4 in a Western Collegiate Hockey Association game on Saturday.

Christian scored on the Huskies' fourth shot on goal in the overtime period.

David Eddy and Nic Dowd had a goal and assist each for the Huskies.

Colorado College (13-8-1, 10-6-0) trailed 4-2 late in the third period. But David Civitarese and Alexander Krushelnyski scored two minutes apart to tie the game. Krushelnyski, who also had an assist, scored the tying goal at 19:36.

Ryan Faragher had 31 saves for St. Cloud State (9-11-4, 5-8-3) but did not face a shot in overtime.

Joe Howe made three of his 32 saves in the extra period, with a high of 13 in the first period.
