BROOKLYN PARK, Minn. (WCCO) — Police have released a man arrested on Thursday after he was accused of an attempted abduction.

The man was originally arrested on Thursday after a Brooklyn Park Junior High School student said a man approached her as she was walking to school.

The girl told police that the man also tried to grab her arm, but that she was able to break free.

Investigators say that the student has since changed her story.

Police have released the man they had in custody in connection with the case.

Brooklyn Park officers will continue to investigate the situation, but took the opportunity to remind people to be aware of their surroundings and report any suspicious activity to authorities.

Maybe it should – I said in the first post yesterday beware on this one. Many others knew the same thing…..she needs to be locked up in JD for the weekend to help her tell the truth.
      just the facts
      just stating what many knew.
He never ever should have been even detained.
