The nominees for the Oscar award were announced Tuesday morning in Hollywood.

The Academy Awards go to the  top films, actors, producers and writers in the motion picture industry.

Actress and Academy Award nominee Jennifer Lawrence was one of the people presenting this year’s nominations.
