Firefighters In Carver Co. Find Woman's Body

COLOGNE, Minn. (AP) — Firefighters in Carver County say they found the body of a woman while fighting a house fire.

The sheriff's department got a 911 call shortly before 8 p.m. Monday about the burning house. The body of a woman was found inside. She is identified as 85-year-old Anna Mary Wegman.

The Cologne Fire Department responded to the fire and was assisted by firefighters from at least six other area agencies. The state fire marshal's office is investigating.
