Libby and I met when I was working at a preschool our daughters were enrolled in the same class and we and they have been friends ever since. We are both “new” third time moms. We have noticed with having three kids it is very hard to find the time to workout or do much of anything for ourselves. My main motivation for losing this weight is for the health of my children. I’ve been yoyo dieting for a long time now and my habits are rubbing off on my girls. Every so often I will hear my older daughter talk about calories and not eating this or shouldn’t be eating that. It was really sad that when I had to enter a picture of myself I had a hard time finding one. I find excuses not to take pictures of myself because I still feel like I look pregnant. I would like to eventually get down to my pre-pregnancy weight of 175. I found out on my honeymoon that I was pregnant so IF I could dedicate myself to lose this weight and we won this trip it would be like a second honeymoon!

Allie and I were first introduced to each other thru our daughters preschool class. That was three years ago and we have been friends ever since. Our lives have mirrored each others with the latest being we both have had our third child. I personally have always been seeking for the most healthy lifestyle. With that said after every birth I struggle finding “me” time to eat healthy and work out. I know when I do both I am better parent to my kids. I am also doing this for them. I know when I eat healthy I have more energy, and can feel up to doing more with them. My weight has yo-yo’d for the past years. I am hoping this will be the push to end this cycle. In the end I would like to lose 30 lbs. But in fact the real goal is to just feel more healthy and share this journey with my kids.
