MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — Arctic Cat is recalling 19,000 snowmobiles for the second time, but this time it is because of a steering issue.
The recall involves the 2012 model year of the F, XF and M snowmobiles.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission said the snowmobiles were recalled In December 2011 because of a headlight problem.
This new recall is to fix a steering component that can come loose and cause a crash.
Arctic Cat has had four reports of this happening.
No one was hurt in any of the crashes.
The CPSC said if you have one of these snowmobiles, you should get in touch with your local Arctic Cat dealer for a free repair.
