yeah, i’m not sure how anyone would survive a beating to the head with a baton. :( Just saying… (not that this happened) R.I.P.

One less to feed and clothe

The guy was there on a public intoxication, misdemeanor. They keep him until he is sober and send him home with a ticket, or summons. Doubt he was fed, or clothed for what would have been a stay no longer than 6 to 8 hours in jail. Real sensitive jerk.

This guy took food for his family from a store and then came back to pay for it. The store called the cops and they took the guy and put him in a holding cell with a guy waiting to be sentenced for murder. I think he got attacked and died. They should have put him in a seperate cell. He was handicaped.

Roger, do you know this for a fact???

its a fact…they put him in with a murderer and now he is inexplicably dead….its also a fact that the cellmate was laughing and saying duragatory things while the victim was being tended to…….not to mention the 20 minute delay in attention once deputies were alerted.
