So many Twitter and Facebook followers have been asking me to name this storm. I do my best to forecast and cover them, not name them. But I will cave and name it the Slop Ness Monster.

The Twin Cities is in a winter storm warning into Wednesday as we could see snow, sleet, freezing rain, rain, and another round of snow.

Our accumulations will be limited, because of the phase change. So our greatest accumulations (over one foot) will push up to Brainerd, Duluth and beyond.

Expect slow commutes Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning. We will have constant updates at WCCO.com as well as on WCCO television during the course of this storm. It will change constantly, so stay tuned for the latest on road conditions, school closings, etc.
