Minnetonka Cops Need Help Finding Missing Elderly Man

MINNETONKA, Minn. (WCCO) – Minnetonka Police are asking for the public's help to find an 81-year-old man who went missing on Monday.

Police said Gerald Maloney left his Minnetonka residence at about 11:30 a.m. Monday to visit a car service repair company in Golden Valley. Maloney never made it there and hasn't been heard from or seen since. He was reported missing at about 6:23 p.m.

Authorities said Maloney may appear to be confused because he has memory issues or he may be lost. He was last seen wearing navy blue pants, a blue and white shirt and a beige jacket. He was driving a gold 2007 Buick Lucerne with the Minnesota license plate ULY-724.

Anyone who may have information about Maloney is asked to call Minnetonka Police.
