'Bully Summit' Held On 'U Of M' Campus
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Students can't learn if they don't feel safe. That was one of the messages at Monday's summit on bullying.
Three hundred teachers and school administrators met at the University of Minnesota campus to shine light on the issue.
They discussed ways to spot and prevent peer-to-peer attacks in the classroom and online. Much of the day also focused on what can be done at the state level.
Gov. Mark Dayton has put together a task force to examine Minnesota's bullying laws.
