FARGO, N.D. (AP) — A Minnesota man is in federal custody for allegedly threatening buildings in North Dakota’s largest city.
The U.S. Marshals Service says 43-year-old Brian Jacobson of Battle Lake, Minn., allegedly made threats against the federal courthouse in Fargo and the city Police Department.
Jacobson was arrested on Saturday and was due in court Monday. Authorities allege he tried to flee from officers and had to be subdued with a stun gun.
