FARGO, N.D. (AP) — A Minnesota man is in federal custody for allegedly threatening buildings in North Dakota’s largest city.

The U.S. Marshals Service says 43-year-old Brian Jacobson of Battle Lake, Minn., allegedly made threats against the federal courthouse in Fargo and the city Police Department.

Jacobson was arrested on Saturday and was due in court Monday. Authorities allege he tried to flee from officers and had to be subdued with a stun gun.

When you only have three buildings, two of which are made out of mud and sticks- you must take threats like this seriously. North Dakotans are already emotionally and intellectually stunted enough- why add to their misery. Its like picking on the least of the least.
