ST. PAUL (WCCO) — The price of liquor is going down — sort of. A Twin Cities liquor store chain is jumping on the college basketball bandwagon.

Sid’s and Big Top Liquor Stores are filling out brackets like a lot of us, but their brackets have a lot to do with the prices you’ll pay for wine, beer and spirits.
