DETROIT LAKES, Minn. (AP) — Former North Dakota State and Buffalo Bills player Phil Hansen plans to make a political announcement Thursday in Minnesota.
Hansen would not say what he plans to announce. But a media advisory says he has “made an important decision” that he wants to share with residents of Senate District 4.
Hansen has scheduled stops in Detroit Lakes, Moorhead and Ada.
The 43-year-old Oakes, N.D., native was a defensive lineman for the Bison and the Bills. He played 11 years for Buffalo, from 1991 to 2001, and joined the Bills’ Wall of Fame last September.
