Corn & Avocado Salsa

Active Time:   15 minutes
Total Time:  15 minutes
Amount:   about 4 cups

1 16-ounce package frozen cut corn, thawed
1 ripe avocado, chopped
1 medium tomato, chopped
½ cup thick ‘n chunky salsa
½ cup crumbled Cotija cheese
¼ cup chopped green onions
¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
juice of ½ lime
tortilla chips

In large bowl, combine all ingredients except tortilla chips.
Toss; salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with tortilla chips.

Tip:  For a spicier salsa, add diced jalapeños.
