No Name Tilapia Fried Tacos

First bake No Name tilapia according to package directions. One No Name Tilapia filet will make approximately 4 tacos.

Assemble the following ingredients:
Shredded cheddar & Monterey jack cheese
Cilantro
Guacamole
Diced tomatoes
shredded lettuce
Sour cream
Salsa
Small flour tortillas.

To make fish tacos:
Place a small amount of vegetable oil in a sauté pan.
Place one tortilla in the pan.
Place a little of the tilapia on one half of the tortilla.
Top with cheese, cilantro and tomatoes.
Fold the empty side of the tortilla over the top of the filling ingredients. Cook until the tortilla is lightly browned on one side. Turn the taco over and brown on the other side.
Remove the taco from the pan; add your shredded lettuce, sour cream, guacamole and salsa to the taco. Serve.
Continue to fry taco’s using this method. Or if desired, use store-bought hard or soft shells tacos.
