Cyclist Critical After Crash With Car
ST. JOSEPH, Minn. (WCCO) -- A bicyclist was injured after a crash with a car in St. Joseph Township Tuesday evening.
The crash happened on County Road 2 north of Jasmine Lane at about 8 p.m. A bicyclist reportedly lost control of his bike and was struck from behind./
The bicyclist -- identified as 27-year-old Christopher Hawk -- was struck by a Ford Escort being driven by a 16-year-old.
The driver and another 16-year-old passenger were not injured.
Hawk was airlifted to North Memorial Medical Center, where his condition was reported as critical.
Authorities are still investigating the crash.
