Coon Rapids homeowner Scott Nellis is in a predicament with the city over his reptile and snake collection. Nellis joined John Hines on the WCCO Morning News to discuss his problem with Coon Rapids officials, who want him to clean house of over 360 snakes and dozens of exotic reptiles.
Nellis breeds the exotic species, many for sale at reptile expos around the region. The city says an ordinance prohibits the unusual nature and size of his collection. Listen here for John’s interview with the snake and reptile breeder from Coon Rapids.
