MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — We are living weather history once again. It looks like this will be the warmest March on record.
The next few days will be cooler than we’ve grown accustomed to, but we should wrap things up near 70 on Saturday. And April looks to start even warmer.
We will have one shot of rain before the weekend arrives. The rain will fall in western Minnesota by Thursday morning, and the line will trek to the east throughout the day. There could be a few imbedded thunderstorms, but we are not expecting a severe outbreak.
Expect showers in the Twin Cities by evening. The rain clears by the morning hours on Friday, and the warming trend will begin.
Enjoy the warmth of the weekend as we cool significantly by next week.
