Venus-Pleiades Conjunction

This weekend there’s a wonderful conjunction between the very bright planet Venus and the bright star cluster the Pleiades.

They’re less than 2 degrees apart.

Venus is by far the brightest star like object in western sky about 65 million miles away.

The Pleiades are 410 light years away. Just one light year is near 6 trillion miles!
