Bonnie Raitt, Rascal Flatts To Play State Fair Grandstand

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Get your cowboy boots ready! Bonnie Raitt and Rascal Flatts have just been confirmed to perform at this year's Minnesota State Fair, as part of the Grandstand Concert Series.

Bonnie Raitt will perform with special guest Mavis Staples at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 23. Tickets are $44.50 and $34.50 and go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 14.

Rascal Flatts, with special guests Little Big Town, Eli Young Band and Edens Edge, will perform at 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 30. Tickets are $63, $53 and $43 and go on sale at noon Saturday, April 14.

Tickets will be available at mnstatefair.org or etix.com -- or by calling (800) 514-3849. The State Fair Box Office will be open from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. on April 14. It will close after that until regular hours beginning June 4.

Bonnie Raitt and Rascal Flatts join other confirmed Grandstand shows, Alan Jackson (Aug. 24), The Happy Together Tour 2012 (Aug. 27), plus KISS and Motley Crue (Aug. 29).
