ST. PAUL, Minn. (WCCO) – Three men were arrested Tuesday and are being held in Ramsey County Jail after an armed robbery of the West Seventh Pharmacy, according to St. Paul Police.
Authorities responded to a report of an armed robbery at the pharmacy at about 10:15 a.m. Tuesday. When authorities arrived, the suspect vehicle was leaving the scene. Authorities attempted to stop the vehicle near Palace Avenue and West Seventh Street when two men fled from the vehicle on foot.
The driver of the vehicle was arrested at the scene and a second suspect was arrested a short time later after he was found hiding between houses, police said.
Authorities searched for the third suspect and found him just before noon. Officers recovered a gun near the scene of the traffic stop and also found prescription drugs that were stolen during the robbery, according to police.
Nobody was injured during the incident.
Police said three Minneapolis men were arrested in the incident. They were identified as 24-year-old Ray James Brown, 20-year-old Rayshawn Earl James Brown and 30-year-old Michael Brooks Bynum.
