BLAINE, Minn. (WCCO) – The Blaine Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a man who robbed a gas station back in March.
The man was captured on surveillance at the Go For It gas station at 105th and University Avenues on March 3. Officers responded to a report of a burglary and when they arrived, they learned the man attempted to make a small purchase at the gas station, then grabbed money out of the cash register after a struggle with an employee.
The man then fled the scene in a small vehicle. He is described as a white man, 30 to 40 years old and about 6 feet tall with a medium build. He was wearing black glasses, was shaved bald and had long mutton chop sideburns as a mustache.
The incident is still under investigation, and anyone with information is asked to call Blaine Police at (763) 785-6127.
