BURNSVILLE, Minn. (WCCO) – Authorities are investigating after a Staples truck lost control and crashed into a home in Burnsville Thursday afternoon, according to police.

Authorities say the incident happened near the area of McAndrews Road East and Summit Lane in Burnsville. The truck appeared to have lost control and hit the home, causing significant damage to both the vehicle and the structure of the home.

A witness at the scene said the truck’s driver was walking around and talking after the crash, but it’s not clear if the driver suffered any injuries.

Authorities said the incident is under investigation, including what might have led up to the crash.
