INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Minnesota forward Kevin Love was not with the team for Monday’s game against the Indiana Pacers because of a concussion and a neck strain.
Love, who missed his third straight game, ranks fourth in the NBA with 26 points per game and second with 13.3 rebounds per contest.
The Timberwolves have lost both games without their top player. Minnesota lost 95-82 at home against the Los Angeles Clippers on April 12 and 115-110 at home against Oklahoma City on April 14. The Timberwolves are in the midst of a nine-game losing streak.
