MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — The Cleveland Browns swapped first round picks with Minnesota Vikings just before the NFL Draft, according to CBSSports.com’s Mike Freeman.

Freeman confirmed Cleveland has also given up a fourth, fifth and seventh-round pick in this year’s draft to do so.
