MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Due to cold and wet weather, the closure of eastbound I-94 in Minneapolis between I-35W and Highway 280 that was scheduled for April 27-30 has been canceled.

The eastbound I-94 closure will be rescheduled for a later date this spring.

The I-94 improvement project between downtown Minneapolis and downtown St. Paul includes resurfacing, reconstruction of the shoulders and bridge maintenance work, among other items.
