Cops: H.S. StudentTeacher Charged With Stalking Student

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A female student teacher at Simley High School has been charged with two counts of stalking, a felony, and one count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, after she allegedly sent inappropriate messages containing sexual content via social media to a 17-year-old male student, according to Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom.

Police say 26-year-old Jenna Anne Schultz, of Minnetonka, sent a naked photo of herself to the boy's cell phone earlier this month, and repeatedly sent him Facebook messages that were sexually suggestive.

According to the complaint, when asked about sending messages to the boy, Schultz claimed I "must have been really drunk."

Schultz paid bail and has been excluded from Simley High School. She appears in Dakota County court at 1:30 p.m. on July 23 in Hastings.
