CHANHASSEN, Minn. (WCCO) – Former State Representative Christopher Tjornhom has died at age 53.

According to his sister, Lisa Roehl, Tjornhom died in his sleep on Tuesday, May 29.

His family is awaiting an autopsy report to know his cause of death.

Rep. Tjornhom served in the MN House from 1985 to 1990, and had remained involved in his community ever since.

His funeral will be held on Saturday June 2nd at Westwood Community Church in Chanhassen at 10 a.m.
