ST. PAUL (WCCO) — St. Paul homicide investigators are asking for the public’s help with information regarding a fatal shooting Saturday night.

Police say a man died shortly after arriving at Regions Hospital of an apparent gunshot wound. Investigators believe the man was shot just after 10 p.m. in the 300 block of Ruth Street and arrived at the hospital about 40 minutes later.

The circumstances around the shooting are still being investigated. The man’s identity has not yet been released.
