Lino Lakes Water Gets An 'All-Clear'

LINO LAKES, Minn. (WCCO) -- Water in Lino Lakes has gotten the "all-clear" and is safe to drink as of 3:45 p.m. Tuesday, says the Minnesota Department of Health.

Water in the City of Lino Lakes had dropped to an abnormally low pressure on Monday, and the city had sent out a "do not drink" advisory.

Officials had said it was at a level where harmful bacteria could potentially enter the system. But now it's safe to use.

The advisory only affected residents using the city water -- no private wells were included.
