MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — Visit the Edina and Brooklyn Center Best Buy locations soon, as the two stores will close to the public on June 21 as part of Best Buy’s restructuring plan.
As previously reported by WCCO, the two closures are part of a handful of Minnesota stores that will close up shop.
In other Best Buy news, its founder and chairman resigned this week, and there’s also speculation that the company could go private.
Best Buy employees from the Edina and Brooklyn Center locations will continue to receive full pay and benefits through Aug. 8, 2012.
