MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — Authorities have identified the elderly woman who was found murdered in her Minneapolis home on Wednesday.
According to the Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s Office, 76-year-old Lois Ann Swenson was killed on the 2200 block of Vincent Avenue North.
Police arrived there at noon on Wednesday on a welfare check. Inside, they found Swenson dead.
The medical examiner’s office said the cause of death was multiple blunt force injuries.
No arrests had been made as of Thursday evening.
