HAYWARD, Wis. (WCCO) – A 52-year-old Wisconsin man was arrested for allegedly driving while under the influence with two children in the vehicle.
According to Wisconsin State Patrol, Steve Danczyk, of Hayward, was arrested Friday evening after being pulled over no Highway 63 by a trooper.
Authorities said Danczyk was not wearing a seat belt when he was pulled over, and also had a 2-year-old and a 5-year-old child in the vehicle with him.
The trooper had Danczyk perform field sobriety tests before arresting him on second-offense drugged driving.
