Marinade: Mix your favorite Italian dressing and liquid margarita mix (half and half)

Marinade chicken overnight in a ziplock bag.

Grill the chicken.

Then take favorite BBQ sauce and kick it up by stirring in apricot jam and a touch of Kahlua.

Warm it over heat to mix the ingredients.

Brush the sauce on your chicken and put them back on the grill to carmelize.
