Monday was the comfortable one with low humidity and temperatures peaking below average in the 70s.

Tuesday will be the average one with highs climbing into the low 80s with a southeast wind blowing 10-15 mph.

You can count on a good deal of sunshine during the day. Wednesday will be the steamy one with highs creeping into the 90s and it will be quite muggy. You will want to fire up the air conditioner if you want a good night’s sleep. Or expect to have a fan cranked on high to get you through the night.

There may be a few showers north on Wednesday, but the atmosphere will be capped limiting the opportunity for storms to fire up.

Our temps will stay above average right into the weekend.

It is summer in the city!
