BROOKLYN PARK, Minn. (WCCO) – As many as 10 people are temporarily displaced after a house fire in Brooklyn Park Tuesday morning, authorities said.
Fire crews responded to the 6200 block of 67 ½ Avenue Tuesday morning on a report of a house fire. When authorities arrived, there was an active fire in the kitchen and everyone inside the home had made it out safely.
Authorities had the fire under control quickly and there were no injuries reported. Authorities said the American Red Cross has been called into assist five adults and five children who were at the home during the fire.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation at this time.
