MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Police said they have located a baby who was abducted Wednesday by her non-custodial mother.

Shaquan Rulford, who is 6 months old, was reported missing Wednesday at about 1:45 p.m. at a residence on the 2400 block of Sheridan Road. Shaquan was taken by his mother, 16-year-old Kamarei McCabe, police said. She was visiting Shaquan during a court-ordered and supervised visitation when the abduction occurred.

Police said Shaquan and her mother were found Thursday afternoon, but didn’t provide further details. We’ll have more information as it becomes available.
