4-Year-Old Motorcycle Hit & Run Victim To Be Released From Hospital
ST. PAUL, Minn. (WCCO) - The 4-year-old victim of a motorcycle hit and run will be discharged Friday from Gillette's Children's Hospital in St. Paul.
Tyrell Baymon suffered a fractured skull and broken ribs from the accident in May.
The man who struck Tyrell, 25-year-old Ernest Travis Jonas, is currently being held at the Ramsey County Law Enforcement Center.
Jonas did not have a valid license, which had been revoked for speeding tickets. Sentencing for Jonas is set for Aug. 6.
