ST. PAUL, Minn. (WCCO) - The 4-year-old victim of a motorcycle hit and run will be discharged Friday from Gillette’s Children’s Hospital in St. Paul.

The man who struck Tyrell, 25-year-old Ernest Travis Jonas, is currently being held at the Ramsey County Law Enforcement Center.
