MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Firefighters knocked down a house fire in Newport, Minn., Monday afternoon.

Crews responded to the fire, located on the 400 block of 6th Street, shortly after 3:30 p.m. The house was evacuated and was still standing after the fire was put out, Washington County authorities said.

No injuries have been reported.
