MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Hundreds of cyclists celebrated their freedom on Independence Day by taking off their pants and riding through downtown Minneapolis.

The event was called the Freedom From Pants bike ride, and many cyclists pedaled past the WCCO-TV newsroom on Nicollet Mall.

An estimated 300 to 400 people took part in the ride.
