MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — A bomb threat was called into a Delta Air Lines administrative building, located near the two terminals of the Minneapolis-St. Paul airport, on Tuesday afternoon.
Flights at Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 are not affected by the threat, said Melissa Scovronski of the Metropolitan Airports Commission.
The building, known as Building C, is being evacuated and Building F may also be evacuated. The threat was called in at 3:55 p.m. into Building C, located on 34th Avenue South, just west of the cemetery and north of Highway 494.
The Bloomington Bomb Squad has been called in to assist. The Federal Bureau of Investigation was notified, too.
