Scott Riley Named WCCO-TV Local Sales Manager

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Scott Riley has been named Local Sales Manager for WCCO-TV, it was announced today by Tom Bourassa, WCCO-TV Director of Sales. Riley has been the National Sales Manager for the station for the past year and a half. In his new position, he will oversee the day-to-day operations of the WCCO-TV local sales team. The promotion is effective immediately.

"Scott has demonstrated his ability to be an effective and passionate leader," said Bourassa. "He is well-connected in the local business community and I am confident his leadership will take us to new heights."

Prior to WCCO-TV, Riley was an account executive at several media companies in the Twin Cities and Chicago. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from the William Allen White School of Journalism at the University of Kansas, with an emphasis on broadcast promotion and sales.

Riley is a native of Edina, Minnesota. He and his wife Elizabeth have two children and live in Minnetonka.
