MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A 47-year-old Florida man was arrested Saturday morning in western Wisconsin for driving under the influence while two children were inside the vehicle, according to the Wisconsin State Patrol.

William Albert Kibble was arrested at about 4 a.m. by the Wisconsin State Patrol on Interstate 94 in Dunn County near Menomonie, Wis. During the investigation, authorities saw that he was driving his vehicle with two passengers who were under 16 years old.

Kibble was also charged with driving without a valid license and possession of marijuana. He was arrested and taken to the Dunn County Jail.
