MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) — Police say a 17-year-old girl who had been reporting missing since Sunday was found safe on Monday.

Authorities say Lily Jean Paulson went missing from her home in Granite Falls, Minn. after completing some work outside and had last been seen at around 8 p.m. Sunday . She was wearing tan capri pants and pink converse tennis shoes.

Lily is 5-foot-2, about 100 pounds and has a medical condition that requires her to take medication daily.

She has brown hair, blue eyes and wears eyeglasses.

The Yellow Medicine County Sheriff’s Office is expected to release more information when the investigation of the case is completed.
