Police Investigating 1 Homicide, 1 Suspicious Death In St. Paul

ST. PAUL, Minn. (WCCO) – Authorities in St. Paul are investigating one homicide and one suspicious death that have taken place in the city in the past 12 hours.

Police were called to a shooting just after 11 p.m. Tuesday on the 800 block of Fuller Avenue. When authorities arrived, an adult male had been shot. He was taken to a local hospital, where he later died.

Police said there was another incident on the 400 block of Charles Avenue. When authorities arrived to that scene, and adult male was found dead. Police are characterizing that incident as a suspicious death and say they’re working closely with the medical examiner to determine a cause and manner of death.

Authorities are investigating both incidents, including the possibility of them being related. Anyone with information is asked to call St. Paul Police.
