MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – A judge ordered a prominent Twin Cities lawyer to seek sex offender treatment.
Minneapolis attorney Clark Griffith, the son of former Twins owner Calvin Griffith, was sentenced to seek treatment after entering an alford plea last month in connection with an indecent exposure case.
The plea meant that Clark Griffith, 70, did not admit to any wrongdoing but acknowledged that prosecutors have enough evidence to convict him. He was accused of exposing himself to a 24-year-old student of the William Mitchell College of Law after a meeting at a restaurant.
Griffith told the judge he was “very remorseful” for what happened.
