MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Wednesday night’s triple shooting led to the seventeenth homicide of the year in Minneapolis — and the tenth on the city’s north side.
Last year, at this time in north Minneapolis, there were only three. Tragically, much of this year’s violence has involved children.
That’s why the Folwell Neighborhood Association is saying: enough is enough. The group organized a walk against violence Thursday night.
The association went door to door offering support to families in the neighborhood to try and stop the violence.
