Vigil Planned For Wis. Teens Killed In I-94 Crash

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Sunday was somber day for family and friends of four teenagers who were involved in a deadly crash on Interstate 94 earlier this week.

Sixteen-year-old Jordan Johnson and 17-year-old Joshua Goodrich died Wednesday when the SUV they were in collided with the back of a flat-bed semi.

Their friends, Zachary Zajec and Thomas Wanless were also hurt in the crash. All four were from New Richmond, Wis.

On Sunday night, those close to the teens are meeting at the New Richmond High School Track for a vigil.

The Wisconsin State Patrol says the semi was stopped for traffic when the SUV the boys were riding in rear-ended it.
