APPLE VALLEY, Minn. (WCCO) — The Minnesota Zoo just got a little cuter. On Thursday, the zoo welcomed a new Canada lynx kitten on the Medtronic Minnesota Trail.

The male lynx, born on May 11, has previously been spending time with his mom, growing and nursing. Now that he’s big enough to leave the den, he’s getting acquainted to his new exhibit.

While he adjusts to his new home, he may not always be visible for visitors, depending on where he decides to be — in the den or in the exhibit.
